J-Bird is a therapeutic massage practice that was founded on the principle that wellness should be simple and wholistic. Techniques that combine the best of medical massage and soothing spa sessions are what create my integrated flow.
My office is located inside of Cardiff Chiropractic Clinic. Escape to the coast for an hour or two to reset your nervous system in a clean, peaceful medical environment or let the stress of travel melt away with an in-home session. Allow me to bring the spa to just you or a small group of friends wherever you are located in North County for ultimate relaxation.
I am proud to use locally made, natural or organic products when possible. Our Earthlite equipment comes from Vista, Biotone Supplies from San Diego, Chuao chocolates from Carlsbad. Mountain Rose sourced botanicals are my favorite and Ugg sheets are high quality and soft for my clients.
